2. Shipping and Returns

2.1 Domestic Orders

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days with the exception of made-to-order products.

If your order consists of only flat, lightweight items such as stickers and art prints, we offer stamped letter mail to help reduce shipping costs! However, please note that choosing this option means that there will be no tracking number and that in the rare case of lost mail, we will not be able to help either as the location of the package is unknown.

Domestic delivery generally takes 3-14 days after dispatch. Please note that actual shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, carrier delays, etcetera.

E&J is not responsible for any delay or lost packages once sent.

2.2 International Orders

For international orders, please note that you may be charged customs duties and import fees by your country in order for them to release your package and have it delivered to you. We are not responsible for any charges that may apply.

2.3 Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping notification to the email address you provided at checkout. This will include a tracking number (with the exception of stamped letter mail orders) so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

2.4 Returns

Since we are a small shop, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please be 100% sure and if applicable, check the garment measurements carefully before purchasing.

If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us! We will do our best to make sure you are certain of what you are ordering.

2.5 Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We will do our best to resolve any issues!

2.6 Damaged Packages

We understand how it feels to receive damaged items due to poor packaging and therefore do our utmost to package items safely and in the manner we would like to receive them in!

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages damaged by postal services as we have no control over how the package is handled as it makes its way to you.
